Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using https://storepilot.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use StorePilot on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise legally authorized, to create an account and purchase a subscription.

Service Scope

StorePilot provides a web-based tool for generating app store copy, screenshots, and related marketing assets. Features may evolve over time, and we may add, change, or retire functionality when necessary to improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.

We do not guarantee that generated output is legally sufficient, factually perfect, or suitable for your specific compliance obligations. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all generated materials before publishing them.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] promptly so we can help you secure access.

Acceptable Use

You may not use StorePilot to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise abusive content. You may not attempt to interfere with the platform, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use automated access in a way that degrades service for others.

You are solely responsible for the data, screenshots, descriptions, and other materials you upload, including confirming that you have the right to use them.

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment, applicable taxes, and billing details directly from you according to its own checkout and compliance processes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Access to paid features may be suspended or downgraded if payment is declined, reversed, refunded, or otherwise not successfully collected.

Intellectual Property and Output

StorePilot and its branding, software, workflows, and site materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal or commercial app marketing workflows.

You retain rights in content you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the generated output at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing output for infringement, trademark conflicts, advertising claims, and platform policy compliance.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

StorePilot is provided on an as available and as is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination and Contact

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may cancel subscriptions through Paddle before the next billing cycle.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].

Self-serve paths

Legal and billing pages should still lead back into the operating knowledge surface.

If the question is broader than a policy clause or billing event, continue through these guided paths before escalating to support.
